An absolute wow of a gig last night at a private party in Stanningfield. We played for about just over three hours by the time we had finished our three encores! In addition, we provided music for the times we were not performing. Our lighting system worked well and made sure there was a good party atmosphere. However; with all the kit we have now, we have to allow a good amount of time to set up and do our sound checks.
It was probably one of the nicest and most enthusiastic audiences we've had. We arrived at the venue about 6:00 pm to set up and left to head home about just midnight, for some of us (i.e. me) an hours drive home to then unload all the kit, so I hit the sack about 1:30 am. A long night but well worth it, and a big thanks to Ross for organising it.
